This Second Floor renovation and addition project was executed to re-invent and enhance the existing space.

BEHIND THE DESIGN

 The design incorporates organic, transitional elements to create a warm and cozy atmosphere, particularly in the primary bedroom, where wood beams, a fireplace, and custom millwork were added to give it a luxury cottage feel. The goal was to create a cohesive design throughout the second floor by keeping a bright and open feel in the three bathrooms, that would be in line with the primary bedroom and enhance a clean and seamless look throughout. The use of organic and transitional design elements and a cohesive design approach creates an inviting and luxurious space, that is both functional and stylish.
